Life Story
I had no chance to find happiness
Every choice I made led to sadness
Always was down my luck
Feeling like I was always stuck
Could never figure out this thing called life
I was better off cutting air with a knife
Moving forward would only make me fall
Why couldn't I be someone who had it all?
Yet through everything I held my head
No matter what anyone said
Failure is just a lesson learned
Nothing is gained if you don’t get burned
As long as I can, I’ll never fold
Who cares whether I’m young or old?
I’ll keep amping up, never giving up
Reaching for the stars with an empty cup
My feet may be worn
My heart has been torn
Taking all the hits
Not giving a shit
Bury me under, I’ll just dig out
The journey is what life is all about
I’ll keep dealing no mater my hand
In the end, six feet is the only land
That anyone ever needs
No one may remember my deeds
How I live only matters to me
Your life is your own story
