Gray Knight

Onward rode the gray knight
Straight into a furious fight
Clashing blades with the fiercest foes
His claymore inflicting mighty blows
With the strength of hundred men
Slaughters all one thousand and ten
Earns the victory with his strive
All comrades’ spirits revive

As the celebration ended
An invitation was then extended
To him to stay at local inn
Providing rest and refreshing gin
But a cunning beauty did reside
Desiring the bold knight inside
Seduced him with luscious charm
Using lust and pleasure to disarm

Her siren voice cast a spell
Causing his will to jell
Though all he felt was joy
He was just her little toy
By morning when he woke
She had vanished as smoke
Feeling only a loveless pain
Vowed never to love again

Though in combat he grew faster
In manners of love he was no master
His heart was cold and tough
Concerning love he had enough
Never a woman did he court
Sealing himself in reclusive fort
Forever marching to the next war
Feeling pain and suffering forevermore
